We believe in presenting the Word of God to children in an exciting way. With dedicated volunteers caring for them and thus leading them into an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ, we can help "train up a generation in the way it should go".
The Facts
The Discover Kids staff believe in partnering with parents to train their children in spiritual things by giving them tools to take their child's learning home with them. This brings their faith into everyday action. There is power in partnership. The Facts take home sheet is that tool. It will give you a review of what your child learned on Sunday morning. Go over it with them. Read the bible daily with your child. Discover with them how Gods word applies to their daily life and how it may help them with family, friends or at school. Pray with your child and encourage them to live out what you have prayed and discussed.
It is our goal to maintain a consistent flow of ministry with our church from K - 5th grade. Each level builds and prepares your child for the next level.
When you enter our bright, colorful, kids zone at the registration desk, Our kid friendly volunteers are there ready to assist you through the process and escort your child to the age appropriate zone! Your child's safety is important to us; all workers and volunteers have been screened and gone through the appropriate background checks in order to serve in this area.
K - 5th grade have a great time in Discoverland! Filled with video games, foosball, pool, ping pong, and air hockey tables, and our very own Discoverplay play land! After an exciting time of fun, kids enter our new Auditorium. Here we enter into worship with awesome lights, upbeat songs, games, puppets, and skits guaranteed to bring a smile to their faces and leave them wanting to come back again and again!
Wednesday Nights
The primary focus of our Wednesday night service is discipleship. Boys and girls have separate gender specific topics and a small group time. It is an hour of fun, friends, and learning. Registration begins fifteen minutes before class starts.
